Returns
Marlo happily offers refunds, exchanges, or store credit on all full-priced purchases when a Returns Request is made through our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
Your Return Options
Return for Store Credit
Receive a store credit for the value of your item. Store credits are issued once your return is approved and are valid for 12 months.
Return for Refund
Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment once your return is approved.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made through our Returns Portal for the same style and price as your original purchase.
Return Conditions
All returns must be sent to our Australian warehouse. Marlo does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
We recommend using a registered and trackable shipping method, as Marlo does not accept liability for lost returns.
Returned products must be in saleable condition - clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags attached, and in original packaging. Items not meeting these conditions will be automatically returned to the customer.
Returns submitted without first being processed through our Returns Portal within the required timeframe will be issued as store credit only.
Marlo reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated outside the 14-day window, or items not in their original condition.
Sale Items
Discounted items not marked as Final Sale are eligible for store credit only when returned within 14 days.
These items are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds are returned to the original form of payment (PayPal or credit card).
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Black Friday Sale
Items purchased during Black Friday Sale events and marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for these items.
Outlet Sale (FINAL SALE)
Items marked FINAL SALE in our Outlet are priced to clear and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please consider this carefully before purchasing.
Sale markdowns cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.
Returns Process
To create a return, you will need your order number ( starting with #MKAU ) and the email address used at checkout.
Visit our Returns Centre by clicking HERE, then follow the steps provided.
Once submitted, you will receive an email outlining the next steps. Please check your junk folder if you do not see this in your inbox.
Please click here to download the returns slip. Print this, fill out the information on the slip and ensure this is packaged with the items you are returning.
Marlo does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Trackable shipping is strongly recommended.
Your return will be assessed and, if approved, your refund, store credit or store credit will be processed accordingly.
Original shipping charges, duties and taxes remain non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once received.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards cannot be returned.
Faulty Items
Faulty items are rare, but when they occur we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Visit our Returns Centre by clicking HERE and follow the steps. Please note that you will be required to upload an image and provide further explanation of the issue so that our Customer Care team can work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Colours
We strive to accurately display colours, but variations may occur due to flash photography or differences between screens. We cannot guarantee colour accuracy across all devices.
Swimwear
Please try on swimwear with undergarments and ensure the protective hygiene seal remains in place. We cannot accept returns where the seal has been removed or the garment has been soiled.
Shoes
Footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Returns will not be accepted if shoes have scuff marks or the original shoe box is damaged.
Jewellery
For hygiene reasons, earrings and jewellery cannot be returned.
Cancellations
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@marlokids.com as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
